Call a Pizza in Schoenfliess

The order was placed via the app in Schönfließ today at 4:47 p.m. and the confirmation came promptly. Now two hours have passed and yet the order finally arrived - partly. The pizza cutter was forgotten. Money was deducted from the amount on site. Only the supplier receives the star. Pizza Naturglück is totally sloppy and definitely more cold .. Shame about the money .. The negative reviews seem to be piling up in the store. Definitely should be improved ..

We ordered yesterday evening for just under 60 euros. After 2 hours we tried to call there. After 12 attempted calls, we drove to the branch to inquire about our delivery. We were told they hadn't received an order. Nevertheless, I was able to provide the order confirmation and proof of PayPal. The cheek is that the employees only portrayed one as a liar. As it looked yesterday, the employees put the phone aside. I can understand that it can take longer! But that's the fourth time we've had to wait that long. You can see my patience is very long. But yesterday the whole thing was crowned. Oh yes, the food was prepared on site and we were waived the Hawai pizza as compensation. Sorry, I won't order there anymore. Homemade tastes better, is cheaper and ready faster.

Food NEVER comes on time, simply not recommended for the quality of the food and the prices. Better to order from Pizzaiolo.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed with our order today. The salad was old and couldn't be eaten. For € 8.50 so very outrageous. The pasta and potato wedges were also less than usual. It's a shame, as the prices are not exactly low.

Unfortunately, you can only give 1 star. You are neither greeted nor noticed when entering the shop. No reaction even after 10 minutes. Recommend training on customer contact.

Order there regularly, delivery times can sometimes take 15 minutes longer, but we're all just people. It is absolutely worth it, because the food is awesome and no one can really get there. Keep it up

One of the best Call A Pizzas in Berlin & vicinity, very fast delivery, friendly staff on the phone & driver. Have ordered there many times, was never disappointed. 5 stars +! People do a great job, I can only rate positively. Best regards

Pretty much the very last, very incompetent and not reading and preparing the 0815 dishes powerful ..... Salad incomplete (only salad, no meat despite extra costs paid), only 2 out of 3 extra dressing (also paid extra).

Food is ok, but the staff are sometimes really incompetent and incompetent. Problems calculating change when you say that you can round up. Allegedly 20 percent for self-collectors, according to the website. On site we were rejected because we ordered by phone and that was probably not possible. The page does not say that it is only for online orders. Preparation time for self-collectors is good.

I just ordered a pizza and a cola (zero) Then the pizza driver came but he had taken the wrong cola with him and said to him, please then I only take the pizza, otherwise he would have to drive back and bring me the right cola (would have taken a lot of time) And then he answered me very aggressively: No I don't have time for that! YOU are not the only customer !! Either you take everything or I take everything back! - Then he throws the pizza on the floor and put it back in her box and then I said it!: Ok ok not bad then I take it as it is! And then he throws things back and forth and he shouts at me!: No I don't have time for such shit! And then he left with my order after he kicked my door !!

Ordered with a displayed delivery time of 45 minutes without confirmation by email. Still no confirmation after 1 hour. Called, hung on hold forever. I was told the shipment would now go out with the next driver and should be there in the next 15 minutes. Called again after 30 minutes (5 minutes on hold). Pizza was on the way now, then took another 15 minutes for 2 kilometers. Finally waited 1 hour and 55 minutes for the food and it was only lukewarm. At 1:20 a.m. tonight the confirmation came via email. Orders were placed at 7:50 p.m., it came at 9:45 p.m. Look slightly overwhelmed. Unfortunately not recommended.

I ordered pizza, burgers and so on! I called after 1.5 hours. They said my food was on their way after three hours they were still not there. If you already forgot an order you should say that on the phone too. Will not order there anymore

Mega Bad! 3 times ordered and asked to cut the pizza - no. Obviously nobody can read here. The delivery was incomplete at my last order. No one goes to the phone. Now I have to pass by personally to pick up my coke. Pathetic! Care is not a question of ability but of "willingness". Nobody wants to be here ....
